Business Development Managers

We have a nation-wide team of over 100 Business Development Managers who don't have a customer portfolio, but work closely with you to ensure that we are ready to respond quickly to any business proposals. Once they get in touch with the client their sole role is to then ensure we produce a solution that is tailored to their needs as quickly as possible. As part of organising the overall package, the Business Development Manager will ensure your client is introduced to the most appropriate Business Manager, who will then work with them on a day-to-day basis.

Business Managers

Our team of over 1300 dedicated Business Managers are banking experts with local and national business knowledge. And with Business Managers located nation-wide across the country, help and support is available at a local level, close to you and your clients. In addition, all Business Managers have a direct telephone line and many can be reached on mobile phones. Every Business Manager is a business specialist, and will work to develop a long-term relationship with your client - offering guidance and assistance with day-to-day banking. They'll offer them as much advice as they want, either face-to-face or over the phone, in order to assist your client in gaining an in-depth understanding of their business and how the local conditions they're working in affect them and their business.

Specialist Business Development Managers

We also have Business Development Specialists who focus on certain sectors such as healthcare, agriculture and other specialist areas.

NatWest Direct Business Banking

If your client doesn't want or need a face-to-face banking service with their Business Manager, they can choose to bank with our Direct Business Banking service. This allows your client to do their day-to-day banking either online, on the phone, via cash machines or with our branches, And they can still access a team of experienced Business Managers when they need to, by phone Monday to Friday 8am-10pm.

Free Business Review

All our customers can reap the benefits of a free Business Review. Our Business Managers will review your clients' financial needs, as well as listen to their future plans and requirements. They can help your clients assess how to make the most of their money, how they could run their everyday finances more efficiently, help them to make sure their business is protected and look at how they could finance future growth.
