Managing your account
Our app is available to personal and business banking customers aged 11+ using compatible iOS and Android devices. You'll need a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Make the most of our £150 Switch offer
Switch your current account held elsewhere into an eligible Reward account using the Current Account Switch Service and you get £150.
As our Select account is not eligible for our switching offer, you’ll need to change your existing Select account to one of our Reward accounts or if you already have an eligible Reward account with us, switch into that. Apply online or through our mobile app with your account details to switch. This means your old bank account will close, and any funds and Direct Debits will move over to us.
To be eligible for the offer, within 60 days of completing the switch you must:
- Check you have the right account - Make sure you have an eligible Reward account.
- Pay in £1,250 - This can be made of multiple payments and must remain in the account for 24 hours.
- Log in to the latest version of our mobile app.
When you've met these conditions, we'll pay £150 into your eligible account within 30 days.
You must hold an eligible Reward account. If you've previously received a switch incentive from NatWest Group, you won't be eligible for this offer.
