Whether you're new to investing or would like extra support, our Online Investment Advice Service could give you a helping hand. 

Get help by having a video call with one of our Digital Wealth Managers, who'll guide and support you through our specially designed online service to get expert Investment advice tailored to your needs. So you can start investing in the right way for you. 

1. What you'll get

  • Find out if investing is right for you – and, if so, how much you can afford to invest.
  • Get a personal recommendation on which of our funds is right for you.
  • Find out if you should invest with a Stocks and Shares ISA.

2. How it works

It takes around 40 minutes:

  • Just answer some questions about you and your money.
  • We’ll give you our investment recommendation.
  • You choose if you’d like to invest.

3. What our advice costs

  • Only pay a one-off £200 advice charge if you invest (this is a one-off fee per advice).
  • We won’t charge you anything if we think investing isn’t right for you.

Is online investment advice right for you?

You'll need to be able to:

  • Invest long-term – for 5 years or more.
  • Invest at least £10,000 over 5 years - either as a lump sum, in monthly payments or as a combination of both.
  • Decide whether or not to invest within 30 days of getting advice

You'll need to be:

  • Aged 18 years old or over.
  • Living in the UK and a UK resident.

It won’t be right for you if:

  • You want a joint investment.
  • You need advice on your existing investments.
  • You want advice on insurance, pensions or wider retirement planning.
