Track your mortgage application

Do you have your mortgage reference number?

If you have, great! You can track your mortgage only once you’ve received your mortgage reference number from us.

This will usually arrive within five working days of submitting your application.

If you haven't received it within five working days, it could be because we need some more information from you.

Look out for an email or SMS from us. It’s important to respond to these as soon as possible, to avoid any delays.
