This amount is subject to: 

• Completion of our full mortgage application process which will include a satisfactory validation of your income and expenditure, a full credit check and satisfaction of your lending criteria at the time of any application.
• Completion of a satisfactory valuation of your property stated as £undefined - Please remember, when you apply we will calculate the actual amount that we can lend you based on the lower of the valuation or the actual purchase price.
• The information provided today being accurate and not changing by the time you actually apply for a mortgage.
• You providing the necessary deposit/equity of £undefined. 
• The repayments being in monthly instalments on a capital and interest basis. 
• In the case of 'Help to Buy applications; this being the only property you own - in full or part - on completion of purchase, and it being your main residence. 

If we are unable to confirm the information that you have provided in relation to your income, expenditure or the valuation / purchase price of the property, this may affect the amount that we may be able to lend to you.
