How to get started

What you'll need:

  • Your Black account number and sort code
  • Your personal details – full name and date of birth

If you’ve just opened your account, we’d recommend you wait 24 hrs before registering.

Step by step guide:

  • Download the app from the Apple or Google stores. Search “NatWest Premier Black” in your app store.
  • If you’re using Membership Services online for the first time, you’ll need to register via the ‘Sign Up’ button before you can access your benefits on the app.
  • If you’re already registered with the Membership Services website, simply use your login details to access your benefits on the app.

I'm not registered for Membership Services

Once your Reward Black account is open you'll need to follow these steps to start using the NatWest Premier Black app.

    Download the NatWest Premier Black app from the App Store or Google Play

  2. 02

    Open the app and tap ‘Register now’

  3. 03

    Follow the on-screen instructions to sign up to Membership Services.  You’ll need your Black account number and sort code.

  4. 04

    After completing the registration process, tap ‘Start using your benefits’ to log in 

  5. 05

    You’re ready to start using the app

Not a Black account holder?

For a monthly fee you could access a range of travel and lifestyle benefits. To apply you must be 18+ and a UK resident. Specific account eligibility criteria applies.
