Hai provides advice on corporate finance and capital structure to corporate clients as well as authoring papers on thematic sector and corporate financing trends.

After joining ABN AMRO / RBS in 2007, Hai spent five years in M&A advisory before became part of the Corporate Sector Advisory team in 2012.

Hai has a Bachelor and Master of Engineering, University of Cambridge.
