Her work includes: advising on structuring sustainable debt instruments, including loans, private placements and bonds; ESG ratings management; and benchmarking corporate sustainability strategies and disclosures.

Helen received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Nottingham. Helen also holds the AMCT Diploma in Treasury Management qualification. She joined the Bank in September 2012.
