Previously, Vishal was an Associate in the NatWest Group Strategy team, working on a number of projects supporting the Board and Executive Committee, as well as focusing on the bank’s Purpose and Climate strategy. 
 

Prior to NatWest, Vishal was a Financial Analyst at a private investment office where he supported portfolio managers with investment research, financial modelling and attribution analysis for its listed equity funds. Vishal also gained experience at Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency for social good, where he was part of the Impact Investment team that invests in early-stage businesses seeking to scale, become financially sustainable, and deliver social change.
