An insightful mix of market-related content

The NatWest UK Leveraged Finance Conference, held on 25 April 2024, delivered insights into the current state of play of the Leveraged Finance Market, with a particular focus on the UK and Sterling.

Across 9 sessions throughout the day, panellists were challenged on a wide range of topics including the perspective of investors in the current market, the interaction between private equity and private debt, and trajectory of the European CLO market.

The conference also acted as a medium for over 75 issuer-investor meetings, and featured an introduction to a new prospective issuer.

Finally, Rami Baitiéh, CEO of Morrisons, delivered the keynote speech, outlining what he saw as the changing face of UK retail, as well as the opportunities for those businesses dynamic enough to seize them.
