Being identified as an active counterparty with NatWest Markets Plc and/or NatWest Markets N.V. (specifically for trading SFTs), we would require you to answer some questions with regards to your reporting preferences for SFTR. This is required in order for NatWest Markets to comply with requirements to report the SFTs to the designated repository in an accurate and timely manner.
Therefore please complete in the questionnaire within the attachment below and send it back to the below mail box latest by 14th February 2020.
Also below is an attachment detailing a form of consent which we require you to sign and return to confirm your agreement to our disclosure of your identity and transaction details as required under this regulation.
