NatWest Bank Europe GmbH (NWB Europe) is a fully capitalised European subsidiary of NatWest Holdings Limited, authorised and supervised by the Central European Bank (ECB) and supervised by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin)) and the German Bundesbank (Deutsche Bundesbank). 

The client base of NWB Europe will consist of sponsors and sponsor-owned corporates established in European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, as well as the subsidiaries of United Kingdom (UK) corporates in these regions.

NWB Europe will provide the Group’s Structured Finance offering in Europe and also facilitate access to the broader NatWest Group products and services for its clients. NWB Europe will work with NatWest Markets N.V. (NWM N.V.) to provide financing solutions to clients across the EEA and Switzerland.

Western European corporate customers will continue to be primarily covered from NWM N.V. This will support our collaborative approach as part of our Commercial and Institutional franchise in Europe.
