Albanwise Wallace Estates is a diversified investment group which focuses on agriculture, property, renewable energy, environmental land management services, and insurance. 

Founded in 1976, Albanwise Ltd has steadily grown to become a large and successful arable farming and property business with farms stretching across 12,000 hectares of Norfolk and Yorkshire countryside, producing a diverse range of arable crops on a rotational basis, while contributing to the conservation of protected landscapes and wildlife.

Last year, Albanwise Limited approached NatWest to discuss the refinancing of its existing bilateral Term Loan with NatWest that was due to mature in the first quarter of 2025 wishing to upsize their facility to support their growth ambitions. 

Based on discussions about the company’s short- and mid-term financing requirements, the NatWest deal team proposed a £80 million Term Loan with a £30 million Revolving Credit Facility as an add-on, offering the business greater flexibility.
