NatWest recognised as “Best Bank” in Coalition Greenwich’s 2025 Awards

We’re Share Leaders too

We were also ranked among the UK top three Share Leaders in each of the UK Corporate Banking, UK Commercial Banking, and UK Cash Management studies.

These awards recognise excellence in the marketplace. Between June and November 2024, Crisil Coalition Greenwich conducted 208 interviews with financial officers (e.g. CFOs, finance directors, and group treasurers) at corporates with sales in excess of £250 million.

The topics addressed included the bank’s credit capabilities, advisory services, and the quality of institutional and relationship management. Additionally, cash management capabilities were assessed through a series of separate interviews with corporate decision-makers specialising in that area.

Guillaume Fleuti, Head of Large Corporates at NatWest, said: “We’re thankful to everyone who participated in the well recognised and respected Crisil Coalition Greenwich research. It’s an honour to be acknowledged as the UK’s best bank by our customers as we strive to be a trusted partner and keep delivering for them.”

Ritu Sehgal, Head of Transaction Services & Trade added: “Being named Best Bank for UK Cash Management is a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in serving our customers’ needs. Indeed more widely our ‘one bank’ strategy, which allows our teams to collaborate effortlessly, make quick decisions, and provide the best outcomes for our customers, is clearly proving effective. We remain dedicated to helping our customers achieve their 2025 goals and longer-term ambitions.
