How long does it take to update a signatory on my Business Account?

Updating a signatory on your business account normally takes 7-10 business days, once the form is submitted online and signed by all required signatories.

If the form has been completed incorrectly, we may need to contact you for further information. This may cause a delay or mean you need to complete the form again.
