Our branches and cash machines
With our branch services, you can:
- deposit cash
- make payments and transfers
- use NatWest cash machines, cash deposit machines and coin in machines
- chat to a digital expert, and more.
Depending on the branch, you may be asked to use our automated services to deposit or take out cash.
You can also take money out of our remote cash machines, located around the country.
Mobile branches
A mobile branch is a bank that comes to you. You can do all your usual everyday banking, like making deposits, withdrawing cash or paying bills.
These branches visit different places for up to 5 days a week (except for Christmas Day and bank holidays).
If you have a disability, are elderly or find it difficult to use our services, just chat to our team. They’ll be happy to make reasonable adjustments to suit your needs and show how we can help.
Banking hubs
We’ve worked with Cash Access UK and other banks to open dedicated banking hubs.
Personal and business customers can use banking hubs for basic services from Monday to Friday. These include:
- making deposits and withdrawals
- balance enquiries
- paying bills.
A member of the NatWest team is also on hand once a week to help personal and business customers with more specific queries.
Cash machines
Make cash withdrawals and check your balance
All of our customers can make withdrawals and check account balances across thousands of UK cash machines.
Post Office
Access cash services at your local Post Office
You’ll find a range of banking services across Post Office branches. As a NatWest customer, you can pay in or withdraw cash, and benefit from other services too.
Cash deposit machines
Pay in and take out cash using new technology
Cash deposit machines help personal and business customers to withdraw or deposit banknotes with their chip and PIN card. You’ll just need to stick to any account and product cash limits. And keep in mind that these machines don’t accept coins, cheques or credit slips.
