Take the time to match each user’s access to what they need to do their job, and make use of the User/Role reports to review who still needs access. There are excellent webinar training sessions for Bankline Administrators to help you.
What are you most looking forward to seeing in Bankline?
The way that a single Bankline log on will allow customers to access even more account servicing options and other products they use from the bank.

Make use of the Bankline email alerts feature. You can target and configure these payment-related alerts to a specific email address so you don’t get bombarded with thousands of messages!
We know the Bankline team are very fond of animals. Do you have a pet who keeps you company at work?
Yes, Monty is our handsome and very friendly ginger cat. He’s a user on my test Bankline profile and even has his own Smartcard! He’s also a regular star on internal Zoom calls and loves to sit on any paperwork I have on the desk.
And if Bankline was an animal, what would it be and why?
A meerkat because they are ever watchful, resourceful, and so well-connected to all the other members of their group.
What about after work – what do you do to relax when you’re not improving Bankline?
I love cycling and can often be found out on my new gravel bike on the local bridleways and trails, or on the static trainer in the garage. This year I did a 110-mile loop down to and along the south coast which was a real highlight.
