Digital banking
We have two main digital services for businesses who already have an account with us – Online Banking and Bankline.
Online Banking is our simpler service with no monthly fee. Bankline has a monthly fee and is designed for businesses with more individual needs.
We also have a free digital banking service for charities, clubs and societies.
Online Banking

Bankline
- Add up to 999 accounts
- Set up users with different levels of access
- Set your own payment limits and controls
- Monthly fee, starting at £20
- Access to Bankline Mobile
Mobile banking
Both Bankline and Online Banking have mobile apps that are free to download.
Once you’ve chosen your main service, you can sign up and get the app you need on your phone.
Each app has its own features, but here are some useful things you can do on both:
- Check balances and transactions in seconds
- Make and approve payments with your fingerprint or facial recognition (if your phone has these features)
- Scan and deposit cheques
Mobile App & Bankline Mobile are available on selected iOS and Android devices with a UK or international mobile number in selected countries. Fees apply on Bankline Mobile.
