Helping those in need

20th Anniversary Grants

Success stories

In 2020, we offered seven £20,000 grants to organisations across the UK carrying out an innovative new project to help create positive impact for the most disadvantaged and vulnerable people and communities.

We received almost 300 applications but after some very tough decisions, we are delighted to announce the winners.

2020 marked 20 years of Social and Community Capital. To celebrate we decided to do something special. Organisations looking to deliver innovative community projects were invited to apply for grants of £20,000.

Thom Kenrick, Former Chair of Social & Community Capital adds “I’ve been so impressed with the tenacity and adaptability of these social enterprises, how they’ve pivoted to adapt to the new environment we find ourselves in, whilst still remaining true to their mission”.
