Premier Black app

Access your travel and entertainment benefits in the palm of your hand. 

What you'll need to use our Black account app:

  • your Black account number and sort code; and
  • your personal details – full name and date of birth.

If you’ve just opened your account, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours before signing up.

App available to customers registered with Membership Services. Available on iOS 11 and Android 6.0 (and above).

Make the most of our £150 Switch offer

Switch your current account held elsewhere into an eligible Reward account using the Current Account Switch Service and you get £150.

As our Black Account is not eligible for our switching offer, you’ll need to change your existing Black Account to one of our Reward accounts or if you already have an eligible Reward account with us, switch into that. Apply online or through our mobile app with your account details to switch. This means your old bank account will close, and any funds and Direct Debits will move over to us.

To be eligible for the offer, within 60 days of completing the switch you must:

  • Check you have the right account - Make sure you have an eligible Reward account.
  • Pay in £1,250 - This can be made of multiple payments and must remain in the account for 24 hours.
  • Log in to the latest version of our mobile app. 

When you've met these conditions, we'll pay £150 into your eligible account within 30 days.

Change your bank account

It's quick and easy to change your current account through your NatWest mobile app or Online Banking, we'll even pre-fill the application for you.
