How do I access MyRewards?
You can see your MyRewards balance and exchange straight from the NatWest app with the touch of a button.
To earn Rewards you'll need to pay at least £1,250 into your NatWest account every month.
Earn your Rewards
Every month you can:
- Get £9 a month back in Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits (2 of those Direct Debits needs to be at least £2 each).
- Get £1 a month back in Rewards with 1 mobile app log in.
- Earn Rewards at partners when you use your NatWest debit card.
Claim your Rewards
The choice is yours. You can:
- Redeem Rewards as cash which you can then transfer straight into your bank account or pay towards your NatWest credit card balance.
- Exchange for e-gift cards which you can use online or in store with our eligible partners.
- Exchange your Rewards into money which is donated to one of our chosen charities.

- On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code.
- A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to MyRewards in your NatWest mobile banking app.

Get Cash without your card
Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours from our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card. Simply log in to your app and click on the “Get Cash” icon - you’ll find it at the bottom of the app home screen.

Pay in cheques securely
Just take a photo of the front and back of the cheque using our app and the money will be paid into your account.

Lock and Unlock your debit or Mastercard credit card
If you've misplaced your debit or credit card, you can lock it until you find it. Card been lost, stolen, damaged? The quickest way to report this is with our app.

Get our £150 offer when you switch into your Premier Reward account
Switch your current account held elsewhere into your Premier Reward account using the Current Account Switch Service. Apply online or through our mobile app with your account details to switch. This means your old bank account will close, and any funds and Direct Debits will move over to us.
To be eligible for the offer, within 60 days of completing the switch you must:
- Pay in £1,250 - This can be made of multiple payments and must remain in the account for 24 hours
- Log in to the latest version of our mobile app.
When you've met these conditions, we'll pay £150 into your eligible account within 30 days.
