NatWest Premier is a free service to customers who have met the financial criteria and have become a Premier Banking customer. However, fees do apply to certain products and services.

Premier Select is our Premier account with no monthly fee. If you're a Premier Reward customer, for a £2 monthly fee, you'll earn Rewards when you use your card and set up direct debits. 

Our Premier Reward Black and Black Accounts come with a monthly fee. Plus extra perks and benefits for those who want a little more from their bank account, including travel insurance, mobile phone insurance, car breakdown cover, home emergency cover and a concierge service.

Premier bank accounts may be a great option for some people, particularly if you save money elsewhere by using your rewards and benefits. But if the perks and features don’t suit you, the monthly fee might mean they’re not the best choice.

It's handy to regularly review your benefits to make sure you are maximising your cost savings.

• Do you need insurance? Our Premier Reward Black and Black Account  come with mobile phone insurance, travel insurance and car breakdown cover. So if you’re a bit of a globetrotter, or are glued to your smartphone, then you might find that the monthly fee is worth it.
• Are you getting the cover you need? For example, our travel insurance can cover you and your eligible family members for trips up to 90 days. If you regularly travel for longer periods than this, then you might not get the most from your package.
• What about perks and rewards? Some of our Premier accounts come with extra perks, such as fee-free foreign card purchases. You can also earn Rewards for shopping at certain retailers.

Membership Services is the online portal where you can:

• Use your benefits online
• Make a claim for travel or mobile phone insurance
• View your benefit usage history

You can also access your travel and entertainment benefits using the exclusive Premier Black app.

The fastest way to make your claim is through our online claims portal. Remember to:

• Contact us as soon as possible to report the incident.
• Let your network provider know, and report the incident to the police if relevant. They’ll give you a crime reference number if your phone has been stolen.

As soon as we have got all of the information we need, we can arrange a speedy repair or replacement.
