If your device is repairable, we come to your home or workplace in our manufacturer approved mobile laboratories and aim to fix your phone in less than an hour.
You can bring your mobile to one of over 120 manufacturer accredited stores for repair (geographic restrictions apply). Book an appointment through Membership Services and be offered a same-day appointment in most cases.
Silver account customers also have a mail-in repair option.
If we can't fix it, we'll replace it.
We will send you a manufacturer approved replacement device - if your claim is accepted by 8pm it will arrive the next day (95% of devices).
