Minimum term 3 years; maximum term 40 years. Repayment term can’t exceed your 75th birthday.

Additional borrowing is available on a capital and interest repayment basis. You may be able to borrow more on an interest only basis, subject to criteria.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

While this may have lower initial payments than a credit card or loan, you could end up paying more if you borrow for a longer period.
