Here is how to make a claim or contact us about an existing one. Please refer to your policy documentation to confirm what cover you have.

  • For buildings, contents, or personal possessions, you can make a new claim on-line or by calling us on 0345 246 0449 (Replay UK: 18001 0345 246 0449), opening hours are: Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm. For existing claims, use the same number. Our hours for existing claims are: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 2pm.
