E-voucher offer terms and conditions

Terms

This is promoted by National Westminster Bank Plc (the "Bank"). The Bank's home insurance policies are underwritten by U K Insurance Limited. This offer is administered and managed on behalf of the Bank by Simply Thank You Limited, Richmond Court, Morton Road, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 4PT (“STY”).

Who's eligible?

You are eligible to receive one e-voucher if you are a UK resident and you meet the conditions in either 1) or 2):

1) You are a new customer and:

  • You have purchased online a new home insurance policy or policies from our range (Renters, Standard or Elite) between 28th August 2024 and 23:59 hours on 14th November 2024 ('Offer period');
  • Cover does not need to commence between these dates, but the policy or policies must be purchased during the Offer period;
  • You must have paid either your first monthly instalment(s) or the full annual insurance premium(s) for the policy or policies and your payments are up to date
  • The policy start date is within 90 days of the date of purchase; and
  •  Your policy or policies have not been cancelled within 31 days of the policy start date

OR,

2) You are an existing Home Insurance customer and:

  • You purchased your home insurance policy or policies from our range (Renters, Standard or Elite) online;
  •  Your Standard, Elite or Renters policy or policies have a renewal date between 28th August 2024 and 23:59 hours on 14th November 2024 ('Offer period');
  • You have accepted your renewal or automatically renewed your policy or policies on or before the renewal date either by telephone or auto-renewal;
  • You have paid either your first monthly instalment(s) or the full annual insurance premium(s) for the policy or policies for the renewing year and your payments are up to date; and
  • Your policy or policies have not been cancelled within 31 days of the policy renewal date.

The following customers are not eligible to receive the e-voucher:

  • Customers who purchase a new home insurance policy or policies from our range (Standard, Elite or Renters) during the offer period by telephone or in a branch
  • Customers who purchased a home insurance policy or policies from our range (Standard, Elite or Renters) by telephone or in a branch whose policy or policies is due for renewal during the offer period

Please note:  the Bank retain sole discretion to decide whether any eligibility requirements have or have not been met.

What is the promotion?

If you meet the conditions above:

  • You will receive one e-voucher with a value of £25, after your policy has been live for 31 days
  • You will receive a code via email with details of how and where you can redeem your e-voucher. Emails may be sent to your spam, promotions, or junk folders.
  • Where we do not hold an email address for you, the code will be sent by letter to the address held on your Home Insurance policy
  • The code to redeem the e-voucher will be valid for 12 weeks from the date it was sent to you, this will be detailed in the email or letter
  • Customers unable to follow the online process to redeem the e-voucher please call 01325 355 165 for support.  Customers with hearing and speech difficulties can use the Relay UK service by calling 18001 01325 355 165.

  • One e-voucher per household

Other conditions

  • The Bank reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion at any time and without prior notice.

Please note: We will share your personal details (i.e. policy start date, your name, postal and email address and contact telephone number) with Simply Thank You Limited, our third party administrator, for the purpose of fulfilment of the promotion.
