Our App is available to customers aged 11+ using compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.
2. Download the app
Need help downloading the NatWest app? Just follow the two simple steps below.
- On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code
- A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to download the app

3. Register for the app
Follow the instructions below to register for the app.

Open the NatWest app, tap 'I already have an account'. Read the next screen and select 'next'

Read and when ready accept the Mobile Banking Terms

Enter the characters from your Online Banking PIN and Password.

We will then confirm your mobile phone number. In most cases this will happen automatically or by simply entering the activation code that we text to you.

Finally, set up a passcode and select your login preference then complete the customise your app screens. You can now begin using the NatWest app.
4. Go to Manage my Mortgage
Now you are logged in, to access our mortgage services just select your mortgage account and then click 'Manage my Mortgage'.
You're all done! Let's take a look!
Your mortgage summary page will show you details such as:
Your mortgage balance
Your monthly repayment
Your last valuation
Tell you whether you are currently eligible to switch your deal

Make a lump sum overpayment
Change your payment date

Request permission to let your property
Request a certificate of interest

No more searching for account details and waiting for one time passcodes.
You can login securely to your app using fingerprint or facial ID. Available on selected devices.
Know your credit score
You can now check your credit score quickly and easily from our app. Available once opted in through the app.

Banking My Way is a free service that allows you to record information about the support or adjustments you need to make banking easier. You can also let us know any additional support you may need to ensure all of our colleagues are aware of this.
