The mortgage valuer is asking for additional reports - how do I get these to you?

Sometimes the mortgage valuer will need more information from you to progress your valuation. You can upload this documentation to the DigiDocs portal.

Alternatively, you can take any additional paperwork that the mortgage valuer has requested into a branch. They will be happy to forward these over to us.

Once we receive these documents we will pass them on to the mortgage valuer for you. You will then be contacted once the valuer has returned their comments.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
