How do I set up NatWest Rewards?

Great news, there is no need to set up your Rewards. You can see your MyRewards balance and claim straight from the NatWest app with the touch of a button. There's no need to use a password.

You need to pay in £1,250 to an eligible NatWest account every month.

 

Earn your Rewards

Every month you can:

Get £4 a month back in Rewards for 2 or more Direct Debits (2 of those Direct Debits needs to be at least £2 each).

Get £1 a month back in Rewards with 1 mobile app log in.

Earn Rewards at partners when you use your NatWest debit card.

The choice is yours. You can:

  • Redeem Rewards as cash which you can then transfer straight into your bank account or pay towards your NatWest credit card balance.
  • Exchange for e-gift cards which you can use online or in store with our eligible partners.
  • Exchange your Rewards into money which is donated to one of our chosen charities.

Get on top of your finances by regularly monitoring your credit score in our app.

Save your spare change with Round Ups

Pay with your debit card and we'll round up the amount to the nearest pound, then send the spare change to your savings account.

Save little and often and the pennies soon add up. Eligibility criteria and limits apply.

Get Cash without your card

Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours from our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card. Simply log in to your app and click on the “Get Cash” icon - you’ll find it at the bottom of the app home screen.

Pay in cheques securely

Just take a photo of the front and back of the cheque using our app and the money will be paid into your account.

Lock and Unlock your debit or Mastercard credit card

If you've misplaced your debit or credit card, you can lock it until you find it. Card been lost, stolen, damaged? The quickest way to report this is with our app.

Budget better, spend less

Put your spending into categories and get a detailed view of where your money is going.

You must be aged 16+. Only available for Personal and Premier accounts.

  1. On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code.
  2. A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to MyRewards in your NatWest mobile banking app.

  2. Or you log in using Online Banking and use the MyReward section to access MyRewards.

Change your bank account

It's quick and easy to change your current account through your NatWest mobile app or Online Banking, we'll even pre-fill the application for you.

We have a range of accounts to choose from. The Select account could be ideal if you want to keep things simple, or check out our Reward bank accounts if you're interested in receiving extra benefits and rewards.

Current Account Switch Guarantee logo

Get our £180 offer when you switch into your Reward account

Apply online or via our mobile app to switch your current account held elsewhere into one of our Reward accounts using the Current Account Switch Service. This means your old bank account will close, and any funds and Direct Debits will move over to us.

To be eligible for the offer, within 60 days of completing the switch you must:

  • Have an eligible Reward account
  • Pay in £1,250. This can be made up of multiple payments and must remain in the account for 24 hours
  • Log into our mobile app. If you already have the app, you'll need to be on the latest version

When you've met these conditions, we'll pay £180 into your eligible account within 7 days.
