The quickest and easiest way to get your money back is to talk to the retailer. Only use this form as a last resort if they haven't refunded or attempted to refund you within 14 days.

Check when you made the payment

We can investigate payments made within the last 4 months. In some circumstances, we may also be able to look into payments made before this.

One claim at a time

The info we need differs depending on the circumstance. You need to complete separate dispute claim forms for: different types of disputes, disputes with different retailers, claims on different debit cards connected to your account.
