From 24th June 2022, U K Insurance Limited (UKI), who currently underwrite and administer the NatWest car insurance cover, will be unable to offer a renewal of your car insurance cover.
U K Insurance can replace your NatWest Motor Insurance policy with a Churchill quote
U K Insurance Limited who underwrite and administer the NatWest Car Insurance policy also provide Churchill Car Insurance policies and they will offer a replacement quote approximately one month before your renewal date with their comparable Churchill Car insurance policy.

NatWest distributed car insurance policies are underwritten and administered by U K Insurance Limited. U K Insurance already provide your NatWest policy, including the product cover, setting your insurance premium, underwriting your cover, paying claims and providing other servicing. U K Insurance also carry out this role for Churchill.
Unfortunately as NatWest has taken the decision to end its involvement in the car insurance policies that U K Insurance underwrite, you cannot renew your current policy.
If you have agreed to automatic renewals with U K Insurance for your NatWest Car insurance product, the replacement Churchill policy will start automatically on your renewal date. Please contact Churchill if you don’t want to accept the quote or if you need to make changes to the quote.
If you have not agreed to automatic renewals, the replacement policy won’t start unless you contact Churchill to confirm that. Please check the instructions on your new Churchill renewal invite carefully in case anything changes and use the contact options in their quote to get in touch with them if you need to.

Steps for making a car insurance claim
Step 1: Ideally have your Insurance Policy reference number ready, don't worry if you can't find it though. It just makes the process a little quicker!
Step 2: Call the NatWest Insurance Team, they're here to help! They will register your claim straight away and answer any queries you may have and take you through the whole process. There is a 24 hour emergency helpline available to our customers.
Please Note: If you’re claiming for something that has been stolen or vandalised, you should always report the incident to the police and gain a reference number for the Crime
