Here at NatWest we want to help, and for us this means giving you access to free and simple UK banking and support both online and in our branches with our basic bank account designed around you.
App available to customers aged 11+ with a compatible iOS and Android device and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries. Ukrainian mobile numbers not compatible.
Email address
Having an email address set up in your name is helpful. We’ll be able to keep you up-to-date and send you your statements when they’re ready to view online. You’ll also be able to set up email alerts on your account.
Mobile number
Having a valid mobile number is helpful. You’ll be able to use the mobile app or get full access to Online Banking. You’ll also be able to set up text alerts or push notifications on your account.
Step 1
Complete some checks before you apply. Then download the application form and print it off.
Step 2
Complete the application form. This can be done on behalf of the applicant, but you must complete one form per applicant.
Step 3
Bring the form into your nearest branch, along with a valid form of ID (Biometric Residence Permit, Ukrainian Passport or Ukrainian National ID card).
