Once the PIN is locked it will block the card from being used with your card-reader and also at Chip and PIN terminals.
Unlocking your debit card PIN
If you know your debit card PIN you can unlock the PIN via any of our cash machines.
Visit any NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank or Isle of Man Bank cash machine.
- Insert your debit card into the cash machine/ATM.
- Enter your debit card PIN.
- Select 'Other Services'
- Select the 'PIN Unlock' option.
