Do I need to remember my customer number?

You will need to remember your customer number to be able to use our online services, and to register for the mobile app.

Once you have registered for the mobile app you will be able to see your customer number within the 'More' menu of the app under 'My customer number'.

However, if you do write it down, be sure to store it in a safe place and never share it with anyone.
