How can visually impaired customers use our Mobile app?

Most mobile phones are now supplied with an audible feature built in that talks through the information appearing on screen when the user navigates around it. By enabling this feature, it allows visually impaired customers to also enjoy the benefits of our Mobile app.

Here are the names of the feature on the main mobile devices:

  • iPhone and iPad - ‘VoiceOver’
  • Android - ‘TalkBack’

The feature can be found in the ‘Accessibility’ settings for iPhone, iPad and Android. More information on this feature and other accessibility features can be found from your mobile device provider.
