I could not view my account
These are the known issues you may encounter at this stage.
Please select the option that best describes the issue you're experiencing:
- I'm getting the message 'The Customer Number, PIN or Password has been entered incorrectly'.
- I've correctly entered my security details but they were not accepted.
- I'm being asked for details that I do not normally use when logging into Online Banking.
- I clicked on 'Next' and was taken back to the first login screen.
- Not all of my accounts are displayed.
- None of the options listed describe my issue.
