If you get the unsupported browser message, please make sure you are using one of the browsers listed in our system requirements (opens in a new window).
There are several reasons why you may get the unsupported browser message when using one listed in our system requirements:
- You are using an old version that we no longer support
Update your browser to the latest released version or use an alternative from our list. - You have installed a beta/test version
We only support full browser versions. Try an alternative browser from our list. - Your browser has updated automatically to a new version we don't support yet
It's likely we will support the new version once we have done our testing. We normally get the testing done within a few days of a new browser version being released if not before. - You've installed a newly released version we don't support yet

To make sure Online Banking functions as designed, we currently operate a browser policy. We test each new browser version thoroughly before allowing you to use it with our site.
NatWest Online Banking checks your browsers user agent string against our list of supported browsers. If the browser you're using is not on our supported list then you will get the unsupported browser message.
