Why do I see a 'service temporarily unavailable' message when I'm trying to pay funds into a Cash ISA online?
It may be that you have reached your Cash ISA allowance for the year.
You can check this yourself using Online Banking.
- Log in to your Online Banking service at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
- Select the ISA account by clicking on the Account name
- Click 'View account details'
Your remaining allowance shows under 'Deposits allowed this year'.
