How do I add a payee to my favourite payee list?

You can add a payee as a favourite on the mobile app by tapping 'Payments' on the bottom of your home page and following one of the below options

 

Favourite payees

1. You need to swipe on the 'Favourite payees' carousel to 'Add' and tap this
2. Then you need to tap ‘Add payee’ to bring up your existing payee list. Existing favourite payees will show on the 'Favourite payee' landing page.
3. You can then select one or multiple payees on your payee list to be added as a 'Favourite payee'.
4. Tap ‘add to favourites’ to add them.
5. This will then take you back to the ‘Payment’ home page and payee(s) will be showing in the carousel

 

Make a payment

1. Tap 'Send money'
2. Tap ‘Make a payment’ and scroll to the payee on your A-Z list.
3. Tap the three dots next to the payee you want to add to your ‘Favourite payee’ list
4. Tap the star ‘Add to favourites’
5. Once added you will be returned to the 'Make a payment' screen. The payee(s) will now be showing under your ‘Favourite payee’ list 

 

Manage payees

1. Tap ‘Payment settings’ then ‘Manage payees’
2. Scroll to the payee on your A-Z list and tap to select them
3. Tap the star ‘Add to favourites’
4. Once added you will need to tap the back arrow at the top left of your screen to return to the ‘Manage payee’ list.
5. Payee added will now be showing under ‘Favourite payees’
