How do I remove a favourite payee?

You can remove a payee from your ‘Favourite payee’ list on the mobile app by tapping, 'Payments' on the bottom of the home screen and following one of the below options

Favourite payees

1. Swipe the ‘Favourite payee’ carousel and tap the payee you want to remove from the list

2. Deselect the star ‘Remove favourites’ by tapping on it, this will then remove the payee as a favourite and return them to your A-Z list of payees.  

Make a payment

1. Tap 'Send money'

2. Then 'Make a payment' and scroll to the Payee on your 'Favourite payee' list

3. Tap the three dots next to the payee

4. Deselect the star 'Remove favourites' by tapping on it to remove them as a ‘Favourite payee’

5. Once removed you will return to, your A-Z list of payees

Manage payees

1. Tap ‘Payment settings’ then ‘Manage payees’

2. Scroll to the payee on your ‘Favourite payee’ list and tap to select them

3. Deselect the star 'Remove favourites' by tapping on it to remove them as a ‘Favourite payee’

4. Once removed you will return to your A-Z list of payees
