What if my fingerprint authentication doesn't work on my mobile app?

In order to be able to use your fingerprint to login to the android app you must be on OS 5.0 or above and using our most up to date version of our app.

From 17th September 2018 some of our older android apps will no longer support login with fingerprint ID and you will need to update your app to continue to be able to login with your fingerprint. To update you should visit the relevant store, depending on the device you use, to update to the latest version to continue use of our mobile app.
