What details are required to receive an international payment?
To receive international payments you need to supply your IBAN and BIC, these can be found on Online Banking, your account statement, or the in the 'View/Share account details' section of the mobile app:
Locate the IBAN and BIC online
- Log in to www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
- Select the account you wish to view from the 'Account summary' screen
- Select the option 'View account details'
- You will see the IBAN & BIC code listed on screen
