Can I complete tax returns online?
Making Tax Digital (MTD) is a government scheme that makes it easier for businesses to complete their tax returns by keeping and submitting digital records.
From 1 April 2022, all VAT-registered businesses need to keep digital records and submit VAT returns to HMRC using MTD compatible software.
To do this, you'll need to sign up to Making Tax Digital (if you haven't already) which you can do on the government website:
