If I change my mind do I still have to pay the monthly fee for an account when I apply?
If you change your mind on your reward or packaged account, contact our telephony banking or visit us in branch.
Here we can go through the features of the account with you to ensure you can make an informed decision about whether the account is right for you.
We will be able to calculate if this account is saving/making you more money than it is costing you.
If you decide that the account doesn't meet your needs, we will be able to convert your account.
If this is within 14 days of your account being opened (and your welcome pack being received) and you are not satisfied, we will refund the monthly account fees charged to date.
