Why do I see a 'service temporarily unavailable' message when I'm setting up a new payee online?
The most common solutions for this are:
- If you already have a payee set up to the same account number and sort code, please either use the existing payee or delete the existing one and try adding them again.
- Carefully check the details you have entered.
