Why has my Forest Heath District Council/St Edmundsbury Borough Council payee disappeared?

If you have a bill payment set up to Forest Heath District Council or St Edmundsbury Borough Council, you may have noticed that the payee has disappeared from your list of payees.

This is because the Forest Heath District Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council will be replaced by a single district council called West Suffolk Council on the 1st April 2019.

To make a payment, add the payee named ‘West Suffolk Council’ via the Payments & Transfers option within Online Banking. If you are unsure, please refer to your utility bill.

Any scheduled payments that you have set up will still go out as normal and won’t be affected by this change.
