How does approving my transaction in my app work?
If we ask you to approve a transaction when you’re shopping online, there are a few steps you’ll need to follow.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app / if you have more than one device use the one which has the updated app
- If you’ve got your notifications turned on, you can tap the notification to go straight to your app
- Otherwise, log in to your app as usual
- Tap the ‘Approve a transaction’ tab at the top of the home screen
- Then use your face ID, fingerprint or passcode to confirm your identity
- Once you’ve done that, you can approve or decline transactions instantly
