How do I redeem my MyRewards?
You'll start earning Rewards as soon as you have a Reward account.
To redeem your Rewards you can login to your MyRewards account directly through our secure mobile banking app without setting up an account*. Just log into the app and scroll down your accounts list to where you'll see 'MyRewards', select ‘Exchange Rewards’. You'll be navigated the MyRewards site and you'll be able to see your redemption options and the easy-to-follow redemption instructions.
To redeem your Rewards via Online Banking or web browser, either Login to MyRewards(opens in a new window) or Set-Up your MyRewards account(opens in a new window).
As soon as your available Rewards balance is £5 or more, you can choose one of these options:
Bank it
Change your Rewards into money which you can either transfer into your NatWest current account or use towards reducing your Reward Credit Card balance. Select the account and amount that you would like to redeem.
Trade up
Exchange your Rewards for gift cards or tickets from selected retailers. To see your redemption options, log in to your MyRewards account and go to the 'Exchange' section. Some retailers have limits on the amount of Rewards balance that you can trade up during a period of time, so please check the retailers' exclusions. Offers may change from time to time, please visit MyRewards webpage regularly for the current offers. Select 'View offer' for the retailer you are interested in for more information and the terms. If you would like to proceed select 'Redeem now'.
Donate
Change your Rewards into money that is donated to one of our chosen charities. Select 'View offer' for the charity you would like to donate to. Select 'Gift aid', choose the amount you would like to donate and select 'Donate now'.
*This feature will not be available for customers whose first opened account was a Reward or a Reward Black Credit Card unless they subsequently opened a Reward current account. They should set-up and access their MyRewards account here(opens in a new window)
