What ID will you need from me to set up NatWest Rooster Money?

Like all financial institutions we have to ensure that our customers pass Know Your Client (KYC) checks. This is not a credit check, and applying for a NatWest Rooster Card will not affect your credit score.

We will check your identity and address, and if we are unable to confirm either, then we will reach out to you to obtain proof of identity such as a Passport, or proof of address such as a bank statement.
