How do I download a PDF statement or other mail?

You can view up to seven years' worth of account statements and you can download, save and print a PDF version of your statement in Online Banking.

For help with downloading a PDF statement, you can follow the step-by-step instructions.

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Select ‘Statements & transactions’ from the menu bar.
3. Select the account you want the statement for.
4. Your available statements for the account and current year will be shown. You can change the year in the dropdown.
5. Select the statement you want and it will download as a PDF as per your browser settings.
6. You can now print or save the PDF file.

Download other mail

 

You can view and download up to two years’ worth of personal account mail in Online Banking. Here’s how:

1. Access your Online Banking service at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
2. Select 'Mailbox' in the main menu.
3. Under the ‘Subject' heading select the item of mail you wish to view. Your mail will be downloaded and opened as a PDF file, which you can now print or save.
